Our Agents
Will Bertemes
Will Bertemes, CPA, brings more than 20 years in diverse tax, accounting, and business consulting experience to Gerspacher Bertemes Business Brokers. A Certified Public Accountant in Ohio since 1997, Will is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Will has worked extensively with small owner-managed businesses and provides practical and sound tax and accounting services that meet each client’s objectives. Will gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Veteran of the US Army Reserve and served during Operation Desert Storm.
Troy Gerspacher
Troy Gerspacher brings over 20 years of real estate, sales, and marketing experience to Gerspacher Bertemes Business Brokers. Troy was named President, Broker and owner of the Gerspacher Real Estate Group in 2007. Since his ownership, Troy has grown the business from a company of four to ten employees and agents. Troy and his team doubled the company’s listings, which total over $150 million in real estate inventory.
Troy has completed nearly 500 sale and lease transactions. In 2012, he earned the elite CCIM designation for investment commercial brokers (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and in 2017 he earned the SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors.) Only 3000 practitioners in the world have earned this highly honored designation. In addition, he has invested, re-developed, owns and manages multiple commercial offices, retail and apartment buildings.
Will Bertemes
